Comments
Comments: Bald peak in Bridgton - A nice hike to a great peak did lollipop up Bald peak, across north ridge and then down Sue's way back to bald peak trail. Bald peak to top is steep in sections, a surprising amount of elevation gain in a little over a mile! Bald peak is mostly dry with exception of usual wet spot just prior to junction with Sue's way with running water and mud; strategic rocks keep feet out of the worst of it. North Ridge dry. Took the short detour to the top of the ski slopes for the views which were expansive this day. There was still a fair amount of leaf cover on Sue's way when heading down just keep an eye open. Altogether about 3.3 miles.
