We had our 3 dogs and saw a few others up to the Saddleback Summit. They did great. |

This is part of a 4 day backpacking trip from Hwy 4 - Hwy 27. This was our day one. Windy and HOT. It was muddy and steep. There were surprisingly few people on trail despite it being a holiday weekend. No Snow in sight. |
