Comments
Comments: A long hot day to complete this route. Except for 11 hikers at the Old Speck summit we only saw 5 people all day. There was plenty of water available at all 4 campsites. The summit of Sunday River White Cap has 360 degree views, but the haze reduced it to near by peaks. The trail is generally easy to follow and blazed in blue. With the heat we took our time and multiple breaks. It took us 12.5 hours.
