Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Huge win here. We had a cabin at Nesowadnehunk and the plan was to hike in 6 miles from Telos Road. Because of the little snow we were able to drive within 1.7 miles of Nesowadnehunk (Main Street to Williams Pond Road). We parked outside of the park boundary close to Williams Pond. There were plenty of vehicle tracks there and we saw two other trucks. I drive a Toyota Tundra w/ 4WD and would not attempt this without 4WD/AWD. The road was smooth (no crazy potholes or washouts) but it was still slippery.

Comments
Comments: Stayed at the Cozy Cabin in Nesowadnehunk. Bare booted on tote road to Marston trailhead. Hillsounds from Trailhead to North Brother and all the way back to the cabin. Carried snowshoes and never even came close to wearing them. The trail had 2-3" of loose, dry snow and many rocks and roots still protruding through the thin base.
