this was a great 8 mile 2,276 ft total accent loop hike I rambled on. many ocean views, rugged terrain, ledge hiking, beautiful waterfall falling into somes sound, boulder scrambling, easy walking.... it had it all. weather was magnificent..... blue skies the whole hike. I wore trail runners with no issues, traction not needed. saw a total of 10 people all day. valley cove trail closed due to peregrine falcon nesting. enjoy. |
