Plenty of parking at the Black Mtn. of Maine ski area. Ski area is closed for the season. |

All brook crossings were doable with caution.There are no snow bridges or other bridges. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Cleaned up one blowdown. The other blowndown is a walk under which I hope to take care of when real Spring arrives.Hope to add more trail markers this year. |

nothing lost. Found a rental ski and returned it to the rental shop area. |

Novice area trails, Lower Sunday, Black and White Trail, tower road
Wanted to check the trail after the wind we've had. Used snowshoes start to finish. Snow was firm for the ascent at 8:00 a.m. with no issues. Softened up for the return with some slipping but nothing major. More cairns are becoming visible but I do hope to add more markers as time and money allow. |
