 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Parking is as described in the guidebook. If the small area for one or two cars was taken, I think it would be fine to park roadside. I was the only one there between 6 and 7:15pm. Sprague Falls Rd is paved. |

 | Comments: |
Third and final hike of the day after Schoodic and Black Mtn (West Peak) from Schoodic Beach, then Black Mtn (East Peak) from Black Mtn Rd. The trail was a mix of bare ground and snow. I don't think I used spikes for this one at all. Some wetness, but nothing too crazy I think. Grades are gradual making for an easy hike and while the granite outcroppings at the summit were very cool, the views were not quite as impressive as I'd hoped. Forgot to start Gaia at the start of this hike but the stats should be something like 1.4mi, 425ft of gain. |
