Comments
Comments: Conditions not as bad as I thought, started with bare boots and made it to the first peak, shortly after continuing to next peak ended up to crotch in a posthole switched to snowshoes. Lots of deep snow between the peaks, postholing with snowshoes make things slow. Tried to get to peak by bushwacking but with snowshoes nothing but trouble. Did attempt to do the loop on woodsum spur but extremely deep and slow so turned around. Then tried woodsum from the other end and it’s easy going, wore micros and went probably half mile and turned around for time, but could probably make it quite far judging by conditions.
