Comments
Comments: Little bit of everything on the trail today. The bottom starts with ankle deep mud which led to some patchy ice and snow. Lots of water flowing under the ice which was breaking in the 60° weather we had today. Micro spikes were necessary past the bridge but there were some dry spots in the less rocky areas. Significant portions of the trail is thick blue ice as well. Not ideal but definitely doable with the spikes and worth it for the view of the whites.
