Trail Maintenance Notes: However on a positive note, the Appalachian Trail from Caribou Pond Road up to South Crocker summit has been cleared of blowdowns. Someone came and sawed them very recently!

Comments: The bushwhack between South Crocker and Redington is riddled with blowdowns and is hard to navigate [that is not a bushwhack; that is a herd path]. GPS highly recommended. Otherwise the trail is pretty dry and no ice or anything, good shape.
