Comments
Comments: Warm day today with wet snow - much like spring hiking! - trails all well packed out, on lower section followed packed footpath up to small bridge; on way down snowmobiles had been up and packed out trail to this point. Above small bridge back on packed footpath that was further consolidated by a large group that came down on sleds. Soft today but if temps drop surface will harden up and become rough.

No need for snowshoes today - boots were just fine without any postholing. Wore light traction down for a bit of extra grip on the slick snow. Lots out today on the trails bare boots, light traction, and a couple with snowshoes.
