It was very windy. There's a blowdown on Chestnut Oak near Porcupine that wasn't there in the morning. Easy to push through. |

Nice cool, sunny day for hiking but it got windier as the day went on. Could see a few branches coming down and could hear more snapping as I went. Sounded like jets over the mountain. |
