 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
I drove my truck up to 2760ā on the NW side of the peak from East Inlet Rd in NH. This road requires high clearance for the water bars. The second to last water bar looked extra deep, so I did a multi point turn here. There was a better turn around just uphill but not sure if Iād have made it. |

Glad to save 600ā of vert and a few miles by driving up here. The thick fir trees on the sides of the road were daunting, but once I hopped into the woods it was actually very open. I followed a bearing straight for the summit, hit one false bump along the way, but there was a herd path from there on the ridge. The ridge was easy to follow to the canister, with a bit of poking around after to find a good view (I climbed a tree at first). Great view, great bushwhack. 2.5 miles in 1.5 hours, and I ate my dinner at the top. |
