Success Pond Road is hard-packed snow. A Subaru was able to go up to the trailhead parking lot but I parked along the road. |

Interesting rusted pails and other items in the saddle between the Outlook and the AT.
I used Hillsound spikes all the way up. They balled up in the sticky snow at lower altitude, but were necessary on the AT section. |
