| Comments: |
Met up with Bad Weather Dave. Started hiking at 7:00 a.m. Snow on all trails with about 1 inch to 4 inches in spots. Very Slippery on the down hills. Beautiful day but very hazy along the horizon. We broke off some branches where we could but a major crew is needed with Chain Saws to clean up the trail after the Hurricane blew through that region. Cliff Trail was challenging for a short distance to the cliffs.
Bird Watchers on top of Pack Monadnock with some wild scopes for viewing. Did not use traction but you needed to be careful. Took some great shots. Great trail. |
