Comments
Comments: A sunny day, totally in the clear, to be above treeline albeit windy, in the 30's steady, plus higher gusts. Microspikes useful for the last bit of ascent up to the ridge on FW and for the descent from the summit of Lafayette to Greenleaf Hut. Snow was a bit slick in the afternoon sun on the descent. The afternoon sun melted most of the ice on the steeper sections below the hut, making the descent less difficult. Good day to be out, and great views!
