Grete enjoyed the day. Marginal water from intersection with Carrigain Notch and base of Desolation Trail. |

Dusting of snow up top and only a few patches of ice. Uppper section of Desolation in excellent condition. Bottom third of same trail has about a dozen trees down - nothing difficult to pass. Nice views of Mt Lowell's cliffs with all the leaves down. |
