Comments
Comments: Significant ice flows above the hut. One could have used crampons, but we made it with microspikes and great care. Left the twinway ~1/2 mile from S Twin summit. Found some very thick spruce, making very slow progress. Made it only to the rocky outcropping 1/4 Mi from the Twinway by our turn around time. Headed back on a more southerly course, through open woods. Hit Twinway 10 minutes further down from where we had left.
