| Comments: |
Barebooted entire hike - snowshoes never left pack. South slope ascent has 1-3 inches of packed spring snow on the trail with plenty of barespots. Upon reaching the ridge, half an inch of packed powder on top of hardpacked base. A few minor blue ice bulges - light traction might be preferred by some, but I was able to get around without. |
