Trail Maintenance Notes: A axe-able/chainsaw worthy blowdown @ the Kenduskeag trail jct. w/the Carter-Moriah trail.

Dog-Related Notes: Chester was a champ - 10 miles round trip and plenty of pep in his step all the way to the end. He got a little too close for comfort to some of the ledge edges, but handled the blue ice stream crossings just great!

Comments: Microspikes used until the junction w/the AT due to less than a foot of snow and really well packed concrete - then switched over to snowshoes. You could probably stick w/the light traction the whole way, but I'd bring the shoes just in case.
