Comments
Comments: Very nice route. Most of Sandwich Mtn Trail is in north-facing spruce-fir. Nice look-outs from Noon Peak, the summit of Sandwich, and particularly from Jennings Peak. Nice view of Tri-Pyramid, Osceola, the cliff north of East Peak/Osceola and Agiocochook. Marten tracks (?) on Jennings, also Raven tracks on ledges, grouse tracks, and Boreal Chickadees. Beautiful ice formations at small falls along Drake's Brook, the Drake's Brook Valley is mixed with yellow birch , red maple, mtn ash, and shad low down. Golden-crowned kinglets
