Comments
Comments: 19 Mile Brook trail is rock solid with some icy patches. Microspikes worked great. Going up to Zeta Pass along the Carter Dome Trail, switched to snowshoes since there was some drifting and softer snow. Stayed in Snowshoes until Camp Dodge (could have switched to microspikes halfway down but snowshoes offered a softer impact). Trails are a super highway - well packed and fast! Saw only 1 other person today. Awesome views and the winds were not too bad.
