Comments
Comments: No problems getting to Imp Face. Snow started to appear as we aproached the North Carter Trail. North Carter Trail had almost continuous Snow/Ice.
Some depths of three feet, so great care had to be taken. Not so bad up on the ridge. We put on microspikes for the trip down the North Carter Trail, and they helped considerably. Southerly leg of the Imp Trail was mostly dry and smooth going. Good day to hike bug-free while we could. Nice views with clouds for great pics.
