Water Crossing Notes: Rock hops
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Quite a few blowdowns on Holt Trail between Grand Junction and ledges - all can be taken out with hand saw. Maybe half a dozen hand sawable blowdowns or leaning branches on Clark/Holt-Clark. Removed what I could by hand, but didn't have saw with me.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Upper Holt Trail not recommended for dogs.
Bugs
Bugs: Deer fly sleeper cell at base area. Mosquitoes down low. Black flies vexing higher up. None on summit thanks to sustained winds.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nalgene hanging on tree on upper Clark Trail.

Comments
Comments: Holt Trail to Grand Junction was mostly dry and in good shape. Upper Holt was wet with lots of blowdowns from recent snowstorm. Scramble ledges still wet too - not recommended for this with issues with heights, or without really grippy shoes.

Clark Trail and Holt-Clark Cutoff were very muddy.
