Parking at both Rt. 171 & at Castle Lot next to water plant. |

Wet Trail, Snow - Drifts, Mud, Snow - Wet/Sticky, Snow/Ice - Postholes, Snow - Spring Snow |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
On steep pitch below 1st lookout,running water/mud in trail, not deep. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
2 blowdowns just below summit, easily crossed over |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Stanley had a fine time even though the snow was soft and deep. |

There is a Nissan car key on the LRCT sign at the lot near the water plant. |

| Comments: |
Snow covered except the bottom pasture. Up to 3' deep above the ledges in the woods with a few deeper drifts. A few bare spots on some ledges but mostly all snow covered. Snowshoes would be best but there are many postholes from barebooters. |
