Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: One small one near the beginning that can be crossed by either a beaver dam or huge fallen tree. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The trail was totally perfect! It had excellent drainage and there was no blowdowns. The trail maintainer has done a really excellent job. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Dogs might not like the trail due to the lack of water except at the beginning. 
Bugs
Bugs: Some mosquitos at the brook crossing. No bug problems further up.

Comments: Exceptional trail to an exceptional peak! Awsome ledges and views! Black mtn is too nice to be called Black mtn; it should have a more unique name.
