Comments
Comments: Another short hike for the day. Saw a grand total of 4 people, which is 4 more than I saw on Iron Mountain. I can't wait to come back this winter for the other section of Doublehead Ski Trail, it looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. Old Path brought me steeply up to the col, and then continued steeply to North Doublehead, where the views aren't bad, just a bit grown in. Hooking up with New Path in the col, the moderate climb to South Doublehead commences. Phenomenal views from the ledges just shy of the summit, and excellent views from on and around the summit. New Path steep and eroding in its upper section. Roadwalk was all downhill!
