From Page Road, follow the sign to "Trail Parking." Park off the road before the gate, and the trail begins at the gate. |

A number of small ones that were leapable or rock hoppable, with a couple that require a little planning. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Parts of the trail (west side) were brushy, which is to be expected on a lesser-used trail. A blowdown or two were not difficult to get around. |

| Comments: |
The early on part of the trail has a minimal number of yellow blazes, but they are strategically placed at trail/logging road intersections, etc. to help keep you on track. Too bad it was so cloudy on the higher summits for Flags on the 48 day. At 2600 feet and below, the weather and the viewing conditions were really quite nice from late morning to late afternoon when we were out. For Ladies' Hiking Weekend #18, the Girls With Pearls were fully adorned but observed by no other hikers since we saw none. |
