no issues, water was low, crossing of cascade brook bridge still out and the metal thing across the rocks is gone but it was easy to get across. |

KRT down from Cannon is awful, the erosion is beyond horrible. I volunteer to be there the day this gets fixed. Or relocated. |

I decided to knock these three off again and to wrap up all the red lines I needed on that side of the road. Up Basin Cascade to Cascade Brook to the hut. Gorgeous waterfalls along the way. What a treat! Then it was up Fishin Jimmy to get the K's and head to Cannon. I love this section of hard work over the cannon balls. The descent was awful and hard on the knees. I remember why I never take that route any more. The erosion is out of control. Still a great day on the trail however and my manta of clear by cannon worked. The sun came out to kiss my face before I ended my day. |
