| Comments: |
The first part of the Doublehead ski trail, till past the junction with the Old Path, is very wet. The Old Path has snow from about half way up to the top of the ridge. New Path was all snow to the top of South Doublehead. Old Path from the junction with New Path to the North summit was mostly snow free. We bare booted with little problems, only postholed a few times. Microspikes or snowshoes could have been used. The ski trail down from North Doublehead was snow covered about half way to the Old Path junction. |
