One minor blowdown before first crossing of snowmobile road. Herd path around it. |

Saw two happy dogs coming down. No issues noticed, but watch on icy sections. |

Very nice snowy hike. Wonderful trail. No views, but the falling snow made up for it. Past the split with snowmobile trail, there were some areas with ice flows under the snow. It was not deep enough to cover the ice, so traction is important. I choose snowshoes early in the hike because they give me more stability. It can be barebooted, but you can see where a few slipped. |
