Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Plenty of them, and the main ones are not yet fully bridged. Could be crossed with care, but some opted to try to bushwhack around a few. Falling in would not be a good way to end the day.

Comments
Comments: We wore snowshoes the whole day. Trail was decently packed out as far as we went (the high hairpin turn/minor crossing) with occasional blue ice patches. Looks like some opted for Microspikes, but we found snowshoes with good traction to be ideal. Snowpack was maybe half a foot.

Water crossings were partially ice bridged, but still with open water and slush. Can't imagine they'll freeze completely in the next day or two considering they're still open.

The loop trail to the falls is marked as closed due to icy steps.

For the bushwhack, we headed sort of straight up the fall line. Snowpack quickly dropped down to maybe an inch or two of powder over ice. Back to half a foot once on the ridge or on the back side of the ridge.
