Comments: Congrats to Summerset on her W48 finish!!!

Trails are firmly packed but I decided to wear snowshoes up to the hut for the televators. The other two wore micros. I switched to micros at the hut and opted to leave the shoes at the hut for both Adams and Madison. Snowshoes could still be worn on the Gulfside Trail without a problem but for Airline and Osgood, micros or another form of traction is the way to go.

Measured wind speeds on the summit of Adams were 48mph at 1100am and avg 30mph (w/ 46mph gust) on Madison around 1200pm. We were hoping to reach 50mph and we cheered the wind on but it never materialized. In and out of the clouds with a brief glimpse of Washington from Madison.

It was an awesome day made even better with awesome company. Thanks KRobi and Summerset!!!
