Late afternoon solo hike. Piper Mtn. trail broken out enough to bare boot w/ light traction. Piper-Whiteface and Old Piper Trail not broken out well, walked a bit in both directions but postholed & returned the way I came up. Summit has bare patches, will probably increase in size this week with warm weather and rain. |
