Comments
Comments: Beautiful warm day. But couldn't finish due to intensity of wind above treeline. No snow or ice until higher elevations. Wore spikes for five minutes where needed. May sound silly, but I was grateful for the help on those 5 minutes and I wasn't alone! Interesting change of pace, haven't been here in ages. Also, a somewhat different crowd.... more than a few folks seemed somewhat under prepared clothing and equipment-wise (like us, when we climbed it 20 years ago!). Hope everyone got down o.k. and had a good time! Lots of families enjoying the day!
