Just wanted to add in some more exploring to our day and decided this seemed perfect. The trail is in great shape, quite a bit of water flows across it but none of issue. There was a significant amount of snow on some of the upper trail. After the conditions on Waumbek were weren't expecting it and wished we had brought our snowshoes. The views from in front of the cabin are incredible. We walked around the cabin, water source, and outhouse - everything is in great shape! We even grabbed some trash to clean it up a bit. Great day out! |
