Parked at Podunk Rd parking area (lot for hikers and mountain bikers). Sign says ticket required *at all times* but the fee tube had no tickets available. Podunk Road gated from the parking area (this was after 4pm on a weekday) currently, but it is still pre-season. |

Bear Hill (Allentown)
Nice day to get this firetower (remnants) peak! The road walk/jog does take extra time this time of year. No views from the peak but interesting ledges to the west of the peak where I bushwhacked down to the nearest trail - pretty open woods but the trail was further than I expected. Trails good for running. Lost my map somewhere in the woods - not all that obvious where all the trails go!!!! I |
