Surface Conditions: Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Unstable), Snow/Ice - Postholes

Recommended Equipment: Light Traction

Water Crossing Notes: Most watercrossings were high but doable by rockhopping 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Half a dozen blowdowns or so on the upper part of the inlook trail. Clear a few of the small ones. Also a few still there on the Valley Way. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: We did see dogs out today and all were having fun. especilly Kali cooling off in the snow fields.

Comments: Monorail was tough at times to stay on at times but ok. Great weather to be out today on the high peaks. A little breezy on the summits but still glad to be in the alpine.
