I parked at the Mt. Kineo trail head off of Hubbard Brook Road. I bushwhacked on a bearing for the east peak through open, wet woods. I crossed many experimental forest trails, but did not stay on any of them long. Fairly easy going all the way to the recognized high point. I then bushwhacked along the ridge towards the height of land on the Kineo trail. After heading over several bumps and past some expirements, I came up right at the height of land and followed the trail to my car. The trail is in great shape, aside from a few boggy sections. The foot bed is faint as it is not a popular sections of trail |
