Parking/Access Road Notes: Only a few parking places and we were able to get one!

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud, Standing/Running Water on Trail

Water Crossing Notes: a few small ones that were no problem 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The trail was in great shape. Only a few blowdowns that were stepovers. There was a alternative section of the trail that skirted the beaver pond and swampy area. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Finn had a great day and met a few fellow canines on the trail today. 
Bugs
Bugs: the black flies were out but not a problem. Breeze kept them away.

Comments: It was a long drive out on 25 through Glencliff to the lime kiln area but well worth it. We really enjoyed the beautiful hike on pine needle trails and over the ledges.
