Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Water was running and rushing today, but the crossings were manageable with some attention.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail angels at work on the first two water crossings with some great log laying down work - made life easier!
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Gus did great, and met many canine friends today.
Bugs: None yet (happily)
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing lost or found, except some dog food I left behind (oops!)
Comments: Hit this one right, early and great weather all day long, even when it looked like the larger peaks were going to be socked in the clouds broke. Rain only hit the windshield on the way back south. Met some great people out there today, (hello to the fun Massachusetts group) and Sacha from Maryland - what a fabulous hiking partner. Hope to see you all again on the trails!
