Parking/Access Road Notes: No issues at parking. It is a small area.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No significant water crossings. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: The trail up to South Peak is overgrown, with some blow downs and is poorly blazed. Percy Peak Trail and Percy Loop trail were in good shape, however, Percy Loop Trail did have some blow downs as well. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Saw a couple of dogs. Some parts on the ledge area might be a little scary for dogs.

Bugs: Black flies were significantly bothersome on the way down.

Comments: This was a great hike. The views from both summits were spectacular. I would not attempt Percy North if it is wet.
