Comments
Comments: I prefer using the Webster Cliff Trail to get to Mt Jackson rather than the Webster-Jackson Trail. The many views from the cliffs are spectacular. The winds were strong on the open ledges but not forceful enough to knock one down. Minor mud spots along Webster Cliff and between Mt Webster and Mt Jackson. Super views of Mt Washington and the Southern Presidentials from Mt Jackson. No Gray Jays today.
On my descent from Mt Webster I met four other hikers from away. Three were hiking the AT.
The last of the Rhodora blossoms were out as well as Labrador Tea, Three-toothed Cinquefoil, Bunchberry, and Mountain Cranberry.
