Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Unknown Pond Trail from Mill Brook Road in Strark is a lovely walk in the woods, a few sections could use some clipping but otherwise a fine trail. A few blown downs are easy to get around. Cabot summit is grossly littered. Trail to Cabot Spring is grown in but easy to follow footbed.

Comments
Comments: Nice walk in the woods, this route to Cabot is far superior than the others! The whole way we enjoyed the lovely stroll through birch and beech trees and wildflowers gone to seed. We didn't bother to stop by the Horn since we were socked in the clouds. Mud pits were decorated with abundant Purple Aster flowers. Plenty of sign that Fall is near. We only had to walk in light rain the last half hour of our outing.
