Connor Brook Road (FR 95) off of Rt. 2 in Shelburne near the Maine/NH line is in great shape to the locked gate, plenty of room in the area to park.. |

a couple of obstacle blow downs, crawl though the branches at the biggest water crossing and go around, step overs too..stretches of constricted trail by hobblebush and other protruders |

not much water up on the Kenduskeag but of course the Shelburne Trail is near water much of the way.. |

deer flies bugging as I was headed out around noon time |

I like this approach to Shelburne Moriah due to the numerous view points on the Kenduskeag Trail as you approach the summit...wide logging road at first and at the end if you out and back it makes for a fast time...though in spots grown in, footbed is easily identified...great views today... |
