Comments
Comments: Great loop hike. Saw only two people on top of Gunstock in the entire 8 miles. Crust and snow were such that you could have barefooted, used microspikes or snowshoes. None of the choices were perfect. About a 1/4inch of crust that would break so the walking was tough, but enough rocks and water in spots to be tough on snowshoes. Ice under the snow in some places so the spikes. Need a few more inches. Views were great everywhere.
Great day out.
