| Comments: |
Decided to add to Grid 3 by grabbing Lafayette and Lincoln before getting down to the work of Kali's peaks. The weather forecast was for low winds and sun. We nailed it. When I drove up to Cannon to reverse directions the ridge was in the clouds. When we were there early in the morning the views were forever. VT is looking good, I look forward to exploring this Spring. Again with the snow this year, the trails are so filled in, I don't understand why some still want more of a work out and opt for micro-spikes. My snowshoes are resting with grins right now! The only-est thing missing from today was sunglasses, not a bad problem to have! Great to see Lori and friend out today, 11 people all day, early bird got the worm! Happy Trails :-) |
