| Comments: |
Had a successful traverse from Pinkham to Imp (south side, not the face). Trail was very firm and smoothly packed all the way to Imp Trail. On Imp Trail we discovered some remarkably well preserved artifacts of careless barebootery. Actually the whole Imp Trail Is a wreck and the mess has hardened. A chain-gang of yetis would have left the trail in better condition. Other than that the trail is just slightly rougher north of Carter Dome. We were happy in crampons from WRT to just past Hight, then spikes the rest of the day. Great day. |
