Trail Maintenance Notes: Bogwalks in dire need of replacement - herd paths around are becoming more prominent. Waterbars could use some clearing.

Bugs
Bugs: A few mosquitoes and deer flies down low, but not much of an issue if moving. Black flies pesky at summit in between wind gusts. 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Single snowshoe sitting at the trailhead sign. 
 
Comments
Comments: Trail was dry all the way to Mt. Surprise and past the ledges above it. Upon reaching the endless ups and downs, there were a few patches of mud (including the rotting bogwalk area), a few tiny patches of snow, and a few slipperty ledges.
