| Comments: |
Joe Dodge Path pretty awkward due to postholes, now frozen. Imp & N. Carter Trails in terrific shape --- smooth and frozen down. Carter Moriah do-able in light traction with no risk of postholing but is soft in places due to drifting here & there, same for Carter Dome trail from Zeta to the Dome summit. Carter Dome Trail is in great shape descending from Zeta until you get to the water crossings where it looks like some bareboot postholers put some huge holes in the trail making quite a mess til you get to 19-Mile, then its good cruising all the way out 19-Mile to the parking lot. |
